What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java (preferred) or other relevant languages.
- Work with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB to store and retrieve data efficiently.
- Implement caching strategies using Redis for performance optimization.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with frontend applications and third-party services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth operation.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong programming skills in Java or other backend technologies.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Experience with caching mechanisms like Redis.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and API security principles.
