What you'll be doing
We’re now looking for a commercially-minded Growth Marketing Manager to help scale our demand engine. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on building pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and nurturing opportunities through multi-channel campaigns and data-driven experimentation.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for turning strategy into scalable, measurable campaigns across digital, email, and partner channels. You’ll bring strong hands-on execution and knowledge in payments infrastructure or orchestration. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Content, you’ll launch programs that connect with our buyers and turn interest into revenue.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, LinkedIn, and events
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Sales on the execution of ABM programs to target and engage high-value accounts in iGaming and more, including outbound coordination and lead nurturing flows
- Use A/B testing and data-led decision-making to continuously improve creative, messaging and conversion across landing pages, lead forms and nurture flows
- Work closely with sales to shape campaign targeting, refine ICPs, and support outbound with integrated campaigns
- Collaborate with the content lead to align storytelling with campaign strategy, ensuring every asset drives measurable impact
- Drive the post-event and post-download lead strategy, helping Sales convert interest into qualified conversations
- Work alongside the Marketing Director to shape Product and Sales GTM strategies, market segmentation, and lead handover processes
- Support the Sales and Account Management teams with sales enablement materials, campaign insights, and lead intelligence
- Coordinate with the broader marketing and design team on creative assets and design execution, adhering to brand guidelines
What we're looking for
- 4+ years’ in B2B SaaS marketing with proven experience in growth and demand generation roles
- A relevant marketing degree or equivalent
- Strong understanding of payments, PSPs, or payment orchestration
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Skilled in campaign planning, digital targeting, lead scoring, and funnel measurement
- Experience running ABM campaigns, nurture sequences, and multi-touch attribution models
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design in a fast-moving scale-up environment
What would be great to have
- Experience utilizing design software, such as Canva and Adobe, and video editing tools is highly desirable
- iGaming market experience is beneficial
